Chef Sean Weber-Quigley brings over two decades of culinary expertise to Chico Verde, honed through extensive training and a passion for farm-to-table cuisine. A graduate of the prestigious Apicius International School of Hospitality in Florence, Italy, Sean earned a Master's Certificate in Culinary Arts and trained under renowned Chef Pierre Luigi Campi at Ganzo, a celebrated restaurant focused on innovative, locally sourced cuisine. His commitment to culinary excellence led him to participate in the Tutto Toscano presentation at the James Beard Foundation.
Sean's extensive experience encompasses prominent roles as sous chef and executive chef at renowned Philadelphia farm-to-table establishments, including Alfa American Tavern, La Bohème, Pasión, and White Dog Café. He has also served as a corporate chef, promoting healthy eating habits and peak performance, and as a private caterer and residence chef to esteemed clientele.
